Hyatt Regency Saint Louis at The Arch

I visit St. Louis often for sporting events, and I love staying at the Hyatt by the Arch! It’s within easy walking distance to the ballpark, the hockey arena, and so many great restaurants. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with smiles at the front desk. Our bellhop, Mike, was wonderful — he gave us great recommendations on where to eat and even asked how the hockey game was when we got back. I’ve stayed at several hotels in STL, and this is definitely one of my top 5 picks. Great job, Hyatt!

The location and views were lovely as always.

The property was clean and spacious and there were so many options for food and drinks. Just a few minute walk to the arch and surrounding restaurants. Valet parking was convenient, and the workers were fast and doing their best, but it was a huge hassle to retrieve our vehicle at checkout.

Great value for the location, before the upgrades. Closest hotel to the Arch with awesome Arch views. Our rooms were complimentary upgraded to suites because we used Bookings to reserve our rooms, and what we reserved was not available. Those suites we awesome and very large. Rooms were emaculately clean and well furnished. Easy walk to the Arch, the Arch Park, Mississippi River, and restaurants. Free, under hotel parking.

I liked Starbucks was in house but would have loved a complimentary breakfast if only in the room like cereal etc or for you to order and pick up. This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, but was definitely banking on family eating complimentary breakfast in the morning at hotel to save time and money.
